After 10 years with Marriot International, Mark joined Comcast in December 2007 as a technical support representative. In his 13 years with Comcast, Mark has worked in several roles¬†including Technical Support, Employee Accounts, Comcast University, and ultimately he was part of the opening of Comcast’s first flagship store In Chicago. During his time with Comcast, he met Samantha Hansen (WICT GCR VP). Mark has always been a coach and mentor and Samantha suggested he would be a great addition to the board and help coach and mentor as well as give back to the community. Currently, Mark holds the role of Service Chair. During his time on the board, he has learned the power of WICT and how the mission supports women in STEM and the culture of life long learning. When asked how he would want others to be involved he said ” Make a difference. Inspire others and better yourself by becoming a member of WICT”.
